Welcoming Alexander Clayhills-Henderson, as the new Head of Transparency of the Aragon Association. He will be responsible for making our decision-making process and internal resources more accessible to our community members.
The Aragon Association is pleased to announce that Alexander Clayhills-Henderson has been appointed Head of Transparency. He will be responsible for working closely with the community, making our decision-making process and internal resources more accessible, as well as leading long-term initiatives to publish transparency reports about the network ensuring greater transparency for the whole community.
Prior to Aragon, Alex worked as an Investor Relationship Manager for the Angels Den Fund and has collaborated with early-stage businesses, angel investors and institutions in a number of countries in Europe.
"The transparency of the decisions must be the foremost concern of any community aiming to build a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) and is integral to its success. As a pioneer in transparency, Aragon has ensured its information is accessible through the use of tools such as its budgets and systems and recognizes that communication is vital. Since the moment I learned about Aragon, I have been excited about the prospect of working on a project that could have such a significant impact on our societies. I’m looking forward to improving the transparency in the Aragon network, making different types of information more accessible, and building on what has already been achieved. We are also currently focused on revamping our governance structure and I look forward to helping Aragon be at the forefront by ensuring it remains one of the leaders in decentralized governance solutions." Alexander Clay, Head of Transparency
