Aragon
Best decision making plugin
Winning Project: DualTokenVotingPlugin
“We created a plugin for the Aragon OSx framework that allows a DAO to create a NTT (Non-Transferable Token) that represents the member's citizenship in the DAO. This NTT operates alongside the DAOs governance token (referred to in the plugin as "Voting Power Token"). With the DualTokenVoting plugin DAOs have both a membership token that determines a member's right to vote and a voting power token that determines the member's voting power.”
Best Quickstart dApp
Winning Project 1: DeFi Quickstarter plug-in by Sassy Finance
“Sassy has built 3 key plugins that will improve the adoption of DAOs for DeFi:
- Sub-governance plugin: this plugin enables the creation of sub governance groups within an existing DAO.
- UniSwap token swap plugin: DAO members can swap tokens in UniSwap within the DAO itself and without the need to use external tools.
- NFT collector plugin: This plugin allows authorized wallets to buy NFTs directly from OpenSea within the DAO itself and without the need to use external tools.”
Winning project 2: DAO webapp template by QuickCode
“Welcome to the Aragon Frontend Starter Kit, an open-source, fully-featured, and customizable solution designed for the SecureSECO project, but easily adaptable. This repository aims to provide an easy-to-use, adaptable, and robust frontend foundation for DAOs, enabling developers to experiment with unique use cases and cater to various communities and organizations.”
Most Creative Use of OSx
Winning project 1: 1VOTE by 0xKYC
“Our 1VOTE plugin aims to develop an innovative Proof of Uniqueness decision-making solution for Aragon OSx, enabling DAOs to easily adapt and evolve their governance mechanisms. Our Proof of Uniqueness is based on a biometric scan (selfie). After performing the selfie scan, we assign a unique identifier (UUID) to the user, and every additional instance of that user is minted with the same UUID. This approach connects users across wallets and allows protocols to implement mechanisms ensuring that each user has a single verified vote.”
Winning project 2: Ether Luxe by Definme
“[Ether Luxe is a] game-focused marketplace and decentralized autonomous organization that allows users to manage in-game content. The concept of the project allows users to participate in adding new game elements. At the initial stage, the user can buy an NFT character on the marketplace and receive tokens along with the NFT governance tokens which give the right to participate in voting to add new game elements.”
Kleros
A new frontier for DAOs: unlocking subjective oracles
Winning project: Catalyst by DAOBox
“Catalyst is an advanced Aragon app that improves DAO governance and social coordination by leveraging two new Aragon OSx plugins: the Optimistic Proposal Plugin, which utilizes the subjective oracle flow provided by Kleros to streamline decision-making processes in DAOs, and the Lens Voting Plugin, which integrates with the Lens Follow NFT interface to enable NFT holders to natively build a DAO on Aragon OSx by delegating voting power and providing context on other members.”
Gitcoin
Best Passport Plugin
Winning project: Gitcoin Passport Score
“Mint your Gitcoin Sybil resistance score as an NFT and use your Sybil resistance score on-chain. Gitcoin Passport is an identity protocol that proves your trustworthiness without needing to collect personally identifiable information. By collecting “stamps” of validation for your identity you're improving your reputation and score across web3.”
DeepDAO
Finding Ideal Wallets for Airdrops
Winning project 1: Airdrop Analysis (Ideal wallets)
“The project is based on an analysis of the Optimism airdrop 2 to assist in determining wallet behavior that indicates the potential sell-off date of an airdrop token, as well as an algorithm that can predict such behavior.”
Onboarding DAOists to DeepDAO
Winning project: Dean's List submission for DeepDAO onboarding bounty
ENS
Kind Reminder
Winning project: ENSify
“ENSify is a notification system for ENS Domains onchain and offchain proposals and calendar meetings. It enables participants to receive notifications via email, Discord, and Telegram channels.”

Winning Project: Cyberconnect Discount Middleware Collection
Lens
Best web3 social app and best Lens integration
Winning project 1 for both categories: Catalyst by DAObox
“Catalyst is an advanced Aragon app that improves DAO governance and social coordination by leveraging two new Aragon OSx plugins: the Optimistic Proposal Plugin, which utilizes the subjective oracle flow provided by Kleros to streamline decision-making processes in DAOs, and the Lens Voting Plugin, which integrates with the Lens Follow NFT interface to enable NFT holders to natively build a DAO on Aragon OSx by delegating voting power and providing context on other members.”
Winning project 2 for both categories: Flowmi by VISION-X
“Flowmi is a Lens-protocol follow module that offers a unique twist on traditional social media platforms. By following a profile using the FlowmiModule, users enter into a raffle associated with that profile, with a chance to win a prize in Aave Wrapped Matic Token. To participate in the raffle, Flowmi asks for a small $1 contribution to the pool. This contribution is deposited in a liquidity pool provided by Aave, where it can earn interest until the raffle is activated. . .This unique combination of social media and DeFi holds great promise for the future of Web3 and provides a glimpse into what is possible when we bridge the gap between these two exciting worlds.”
Snapshot
Dune Data Dashboard
Winning project: Analyzing Snapshot Features
“The dashboard analyzes the impact on voting participation of following spaces and integrations. It evaluates the effectiveness of these features in increasing voter turnout. Through conclusions from the analysis, it identifies opportunities to engage more participants using these features. The dashboard provides insights for both individual spaces and the Snapshot ecosystem on how following spaces and integrations impact voter turnout.”
EtherMail
The cure for crypto payments anxiety
Winning project 1: Angel Protocol
“Angel Protocol is an escrow smart contract that allows someone to send cryptocurrency (ERC20s and Native Assets) or NFTs to a recipient, but the transaction is not finalized until the recipient takes an explicit action to claim the payment, removing many of the complexities associated with transferring cryptocurrencies or NFTs. [There are also] smart additions like claim codes, angel names, regular financial application user interface, beneficiaries, narrations, and transaction status.”
Winning project 2: Trail by Trail_coders
“Trail is a tool which can be used to make Ethereum based transactions safely. . . If the receiver doesn't claim the funds, the sender can simply revert the transaction. The receiver will receive a chrome notification whenever they receive funds.”
Mailchain
Web3-Native DAO Communication and Coordination
Winning Project: Mailchain Compose
“In DAOs, it's crucial to keep everyone informed and up-to-date on the latest proposals and announcements. However, it can be challenging to communicate effectively with a large group of people. Mailchain Compose simplifies this process by providing a multi-modal interface that allows you to send messages directly to specific roles within your DAO. With Mailchain Compose, you have complete control over who you want to send emails to within your DAO. One of the unique features of this tool is the ability to select specific roles and send messages only to those users. This allows you to target the most relevant individuals and ensure that your messages are reaching the right people.”
Build or Extend DAO Tools and Platforms
Winning Project: DAOMail
“Reading Proposals in a forum is quite time-consuming.The DAO Admin can just fetch all DAO members using a click and can share a brief summary of any new proposal to all the members in a few clicks. We support a wide range of drag and drop HTML elements that can be embedded in the mail to be sent to the users.”
Contributor Posts: Developer Tutorials for DAO
Winning Project: How to Send Messages to Current Viewers in a Token-Gated Video Call
“Token gating is a secure way to distribute premium content and maintain a community, ensuring that only verified members can participate in the events. . . Huddle01 is a composable and robust media infrastructure that enables cross-chain audio and video communication between users, allowing the creation of token-gated video call rooms and tracking of the wallet addresses currently connected to the call room. Mailchain enables blockchain-based email-like messaging with plain or rich text and attachment capabilities, allowing for sending and receiving messages between wallets. By combining these solutions, users can create a call or livestream gated by any NFT or token and send a message to all viewers currently joined on the call.”
